Position: Commis Pastry Chef
Location: 267 Pandan Loop, Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, viennoiseries, and other baked goods following our established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food items are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with the pastry team to innovate and introduce new products, contributing to menu development.
Manage inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
Support senior chefs in daily operations, including mise en place and other preparatory tasks.
Qualifications:
A diploma or certification in Patisserie or Bakery.
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business needs, including working shifts as required.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
