Working days: 5 days per week , 9am-6pm

Salary UP TO $14/hour

Job Description:



Assist in the daily operations of the Purchasing and outlets
Assist in managing purchasing information, systems and services
Assist in maintaining manual or computerised procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories
Negotiate for the best price for goods and services without comprising quality
Assist in monitoring and managing quality assurance systems
To source for alternative supply on products & services
Communicate and maintain good relationship with suppliers
Maintaining good relationship with colleagues at all level
Audit outlets on receiving processes when required
Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Manager / Director, Procurement from time to time

Job Requirements:


Knowledge of SAP and experience in handling shipments is an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Possess good planning, organizational, co-ordination and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills in spoken English and Mandarin
Basic knowledge of food safety and QA requirement
