This role will involve overseeing day-to-day shipping and logistics operations, ensuring that shipments are efficiently coordinated and delivered on time. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring smooth operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Vendor Communication: Serve as the point of contact for customers and vendors, addressing queries and providing shipment updates.
Documentation Handling: Ensure all shipment-related documents are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements, including bills of lading and paperwork.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues, including shipment delays or discrepancies in documentation.
Reporting & Record Keeping: Assist with preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of shipments and operational performance.


Qualifications:


Education: N/O Levels (or equivalent).
Experience: No prior experience required; however, experience in shipping is a plus.
Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge shipping operations is beneficial.
