Duties and Responsibilities
- Experienced in Handling of deployment of Security Manpower.
- Recruiting, conducting OJT training, and supervising security officers.
- Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation amongst the members of your team.
- Attend regular meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- Coordinate and respond to changes in schedules and rosters, client requests, unexpected situations, emergencies, and alarms.
- Investigate, review, and report incidents and breaches, and resolve emerging issues quickly and efficiently.
- Create reports for management on security status.
- Able to submit client feedback reports and risk safety assessments.
- To assist your superior in performing day-to-day operations of the company.
- Must conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the sites.
- Must be well informed of the Security industry practices and can work diligently and professionally with clients and employees.
Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position with proven experience as an OM (SECURITY)
- SECURITY SUPERVISOR Certification or higher, with valid pre-requisite PLRD and other licenses
- Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures, and experience using relevant security technology and equipment.
- Possess Singapore Class 3 driving licence. Own vehicle is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with strong computer skills.
- Assist to supervise and train Security Team Members in specific roles and responsibilities.
- Deputize the Reporting Manager, when required.
- Manage the attendance issues of security team members, including approval of amendments to Security Team Members’ time sheets and rosters, when required.
- Assist in the conduct of daily security briefings/debriefs.
- Ensure that investigations of incidents and complaints are completed timely.
- Conduct of performance appraisal reviews for the Team’s Security Officers, when required.
- Maintain professional skills by staying abreast of current developments and participating in developmental programs available within and outside the company.
