SUMMARY STATEMENT

This is an opportunity to play an impactful and integral role within the NMG Consulting finance team, responsible for preparing the monthly financial reporting, assisting with revenue reporting, and maintaining the finance database.

The position of Senior Reporting Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting and management of finance data across the NMG Consulting group. The successful applicant will also work closely with the NMG business stakeholders to ensure financial reporting accuracy to support the achievement of strategic and commercial objectives and growth targets.

This position will suit a self-motivated individual who possesses strong data analysis skills, excellent attention to detail and can work well within a small finance team. A positive and enthusiastic approach is essential, along with the ability to converse and influence successfully with colleagues at all levels, including senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Success in this role will see the following achieved:

Financial data analysis and Reporting:

Maintaining the monthly management reporting files
Revenue reporting including liaising with senior internal stakeholders
Maintaining employee service line allocations
Maintaining the finance databases and dashboards
Updating the monthly Power BI reports
Ensuring the accuracy of accounting data is in-line with Company policies
Administrator for timesheet system
Administrator for employee expenses system
Stakeholder management
Reflecting the NMG Values - Collaboration, Curiosity, Go for it! and Make it Count – in all that you do

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Degree qualified in Accountancy or Finance
A relevant background with at least 3 years working experience
Advance Power BI experience
Advanced skills in Excel and Word
Team player
Positive & enthusiastic approach
Excellent time management skills
Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to proactively deal with senior management
Strong attention to detail
Able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
