Job Description:
Sales Support:
· Client Interaction: Engage with clients, understand their photography requirements, and provide tailored solutions and product recommendations.
· Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of photography equipment, studio setups, and related products to advise clients effectively.
· Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Administrative Support:
· Correspondence and Communication: Handle emails, calls, and correspondence, facilitating communication with clients and internal teams.
· Schedule Management: Assist in scheduling studio sessions, coordinating appointments, and managing studio resources efficiently.
· Client Support: Provide administrative assistance to clients booking studio sessions, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to completion.
Studio Photography Support:
· Studio Coordination: Assist in coordinating studio setup, ensuring equipment readiness, and preparing the space for photography sessions.
· Client Assistance: Aid clients in understanding studio capabilities, and equipment usage, and facilitate their needs during studio sessions.
· Equipment Management: Help in maintaining and organizing photography equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.
Collaboration and Coordination:
· Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, studio personnel, and other departments to ensure cohesive efforts in meeting sales goals and operational efficiency.
· Marketing Support: Support marketing initiatives related to studio services and products.
· Event Participation: Be present and provide support during all scheduled events.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Diploma/Degrees or certification in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a photography studio or similar role is advantageous.
Ability to Work Weekends: Must be available to work weekends due to the nature of studio sessions.
Off days: Will have scheduled 2 off days per week (1 weekday and weekend) to ensure adequate rest and work-life balance.
Working Hours: Weekdays - 10am – 6pm, Weekends - Saturday 12pm - 8pm, Sunday 10am - 6pm. Closed on public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month
