  • Scheduling of bus drivers duty
  • Tracking of bus movements
  • On the go arrangement of bus schedules during duty hours
  • Attending to customer phone calls
  • Advising bus drivers on routes
  • Assist in checking invoices
  • Data entry
  • Arrangement and scheduling of bus trips
  • Checking of bus movements
  • Assist in recruitment of bus drivers
  • Liaison with bus drivers
  • Assist in checking of bus drivers’ payroll
  • Liaison with external bus maintenance vendors
  • Ensuring the working condition of bus GPS and CCTV systems
  • Application, distribution and tracking of driver’s diesel tags
  • Assist in dispatch and back up bus arrangements
  • Understudy with operations manager

Requirement:

  • At least 5 years of experience in bus or big fleet-related operations role
  • Open to duty arrangements for evening/weekend/PH
