Roles & Responsibilities
Project Admin
• Create and coordination of purchase orders from project sites and vendors using ERP System
• Doing price comparison of material, products, services, pricing, delivery and payment terms.
• Follow up with supplier for the delivery schedule to ensure on time delivery to project site without any delay.
• Sourcing for new supplier
• Provide general administrative support to QS/Cost Control Department.
• Responsible for administering and managing all incoming and outgoing documents. Especially for issuing Purchase/works orders.
• Assist in project costing and process invoices to finance department.
• Ensure database is up to date and accurate (PO/DO/Invoices)
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
At least 2 years of relevant working experience as Electrical QS (Tender of Project) for the M&E Sector.
Independent with excellent problem-solving skills, detailed and a good team player
Working Location (Tuas)
