Service Technician

Tasks:
- Perform and ensure completion of on-site service cycle (outdoor), including developing good product/system knowledge, willing to learn new skills, and to work with minimal guidance.
- Maintain good customer relationship with customers.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support service.
- Attend to customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Candidate will work directly under a senior manager. Guidance and mentorship will be provided.
Requirement:
- Nitec or Higher Nitec in Engineering module.
- With or without experience in water treatment.
- Class 3 driving license is a must.
- Willing to learn and show good working attitude.
