Job Details:
- Basic up to $3,200 + AWS + VB
- Working days: Monday - Saturday (5.5 days)
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm (weekdays), 9am - 1pm (Saturdays)
- Location: Ang Mo Kio (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
Job Scope:
Monitor warehouse assistants;
Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;
Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management;
Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production;
Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system;
Handle and prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List;
Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;
Planning for future capacity requirements;
Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit
Provide monthly inventory reports; finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request;
Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation;
Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs;
Conduct and provide refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs;
Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory.
