Cat Care Attendant

Your jobscope has three main components:

Cat care

• Interacting / socializing
• Feeding
• Grooming
• Monitoring general wellbeing
• Providing basic medical care

Customer care

• Assisting customers with bookings and service requests
• Communicating with customers about the wellbeing of their cats (written and photos/videos)
• Conducting hotel tours

Infrastructure care

• Cleaning of cat cutleries, litter boxes, cat rooms etc.

Team (for senior care attendants only)

• Facilitate team onboarding and training based on established SOPs

Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English. Ability to converse in other languages with customers is a bonus
• Experience in the animal care/veterinary industry and customer service is preferred.
• All applicants are required to go through a paid 1 day trial period to assess suitability.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,900.00 per month
