  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Support the team in organising and cataloguing the Suppliers Database in the Oracle system
  • Assist in the preparation of Sales & Suppliers presentations
  • Analyse existing market and spending trends to identify insights and potential improvements or initiatives
  • Establish and provide user feedback and experience on to-be processes
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willing to learn and share perspectives
