Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the team in organising and cataloguing the Suppliers Database in the Oracle system
- Assist in the preparation of Sales & Suppliers presentations
- Analyse existing market and spending trends to identify insights and potential improvements or initiatives
- Establish and provide user feedback and experience on to-be processes
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Strong analytical skills
- Willing to learn and share perspectives
