Are you a relational person? Do you enjoy providing a responsive service to clients? As Front Desk Receptionist, you ensure the smooth running of operations and therapy sessions here at CaperSpring. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our dynamic team of therapists. You will also be helping with the administration for Workshops run by Caper Institute. At these workshops, you will get to learn, and meet Counsellors throughout Singapore working in both the Social Sector and Private Practices. Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first contact to potential clients for therapy enquiries
- Welcome and receive clients prior to therapy sessions
- Update client files after therapy sessions
- Respond to phone calls, email and WhatsApp enquiries
- Receive payments and corresponding book keeping entries
- Schedule client appointments
- Upkeep cleanliness of centre
- Assist Director with the administration of Workshops
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Director
Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and therapists
- Highly attentive to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative duties
- Respect client confidentiality
- Takes initiative and is proactive
- Flexible and adaptable to take on additional ad-hoc tasks
- Keen personal or professional interest in Counselling Psychology is a plus

You are expected to work within these hours: Tuesday - Saturday 0930 - 1930 with breaks included.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
Education:
- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
