Marketing and Events Intern

Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
-Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
-Schedule and manage social media platforms
-Research and propose collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors
Events Coordination
-Assist in organisng and coordinating events such as product launches, workshops, and pop-up activations.
-Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
-Prepare event kits, materials and displays to align with brand’s image
-Provide on-site support during events, including set up and customer engagement
Administrative Tasks
-Pack and prepare order for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
-Maintain an organised inventory of marketing and events materials
Learning and Development
- Gain hands-on experience in brand management and marketing strategies specific to the beauty and skincare industry.
Requirements
· Currently a student/recent graduate in any IHL (NAFA, SOTA, Polytechnics, Universities)
· Able to commit for 3 months
· Possess good written and communication skills in English
· A committed team-player with high degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to drive results.
· Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently
· Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per month
