Senior Executive / Executive, Operations Control & Planning
Job Purpose
As a Senior Executive/Executive in Operations Control and Planning, you are part of a dynamic team that will be working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities encompass, but are not confined to:
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Bus Operations Control Centre Service Controller
- Manage a team of Field Operations Route Controllers, Mobile Patrol Team and Service Ambassador.
- Overall in-charge for Bus Operations Control Centre and Field Operations staff discipline & performance update
- Data entry & reconciliation of FE results
- Route planning for diversions, bridging bus and ad-hoc contingency ops
- Custodian for Ops Circular & Instructions for planned diversions including translation
- Coordination in all route checking, DD height clearance and plan for height check schedule for all bus services
- Tracking & maintaining LTA assets (MID) and updating of patch for MID and printer
- Ensure fare protection KPIs are met by conducting timely FE audit checks on deployed ticket inspecting route controllers
- Bus Operations Control Centre and Field Operations staff training, conducting & evaluation, review of materials including WIs & SOPs
- Provide ground supervision during bus diversion, ECLO and bridging bus operations
- Ensure that all bus services performance achieved the regulatory standards
- Analyse, study and prepare reports on trends affecting bus service performance
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Degree in Business or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of operations management/emergency planning will be preferred.
- Meticulous with good writing and presentation and project management skills
- Possess ability to function at a high level in a team setting or as an individual contributor.
Skills
- Independent, able to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Critical thinker, self-motivated and a team player
- Self-motivated, proactive, and meticulous.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends, when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerBI preferred.
