Responsibility
- Manage endorsement, cancellation, and renewal process within department’s service turnaround time
- Underwrite and provide Foreign Worker Bonds’ quotation
- Monitor renewal business to ensure high renewal retention
- Provides ongoing service support and engage customer on a regular basis to maintain relationships
- Support Customer Care Counter duties which include attending to phone call, emails, walk-in and process credit card transaction
Requirement
- Diploma and above with 3 – 5 years of related experience
- Possess Certificate in General Insurance and Certificate in Health Insurance
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
- Able to work effectively and under pressure
- Result-oriented and self-driven
- Ability to work independently and as a team
