Junior Project Management Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee projects from start to completion
- Plan, organize and track the team's work schedule to ensure timely delivery of target milestones
- Communicate and liaise with clients to consolidate and validate the requirements of the project
- Manage changes in project scope proactively whilst keeping project within budget
- Maintain project administration and documentation
- Identify potential problems and devise contingency plans to minimize project risks
- Oversee quality of project deliverables
Requirements
- degree in business/management with experience in the creative industry
- 1-2 years of project management experience
- proficient in English for both written and verbal skills

- ability to manage and resolve conflicts with good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
