Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify, develop, and acquire new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers across on-trade (bars, restaurants, hotels) segments.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell the company’s portfolio of beers, wines, and spirits to prospective clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Order Management: Work closely with internal teams to process orders, track deliveries, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and sales pipeline progress.

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates with:

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years in a sales or business development role; prior experience in FMCG, alcohol distribution, or hospitality is a plus.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

Attitude:

  • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
  • Passion for the alcohol industry and willingness to learn about our brands.
  • A proactive mindset and team-oriented approach.

License: Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
