Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee recruitment channels, ensuring timely and consistent job postings to attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and suggest new talent engagement strategies to strengthen employer branding and effectively market career opportunities.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews (both virtual via Zoom and in-person) for shortlisted applicants.
- Work closely with hiring managers to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum qualification of GCE A Levels or a local polytechnic diploma.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Previous experience in human resources or talent acquisition is a plus.
