The Challenges:
Assist in food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and maintaining a smooth workflow.
Handle ingredient preparation, basic cooking tasks, and ensure kitchen efficiency.
Prepare and cook dishes while maintaining food quality and presentation standards.
Oversee a specific kitchen section, ensuring quality and timely preparation of dishes.
Support the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations and team performance.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
What it Takes:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valid food hygiene cert
