Proactively identify, evaluate, and expand new franchisee and strategic partnership opportunities.
Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.
Negotiate business terms with potential franchisees and partners to maximize mutual benefits.

Requirements
Diploma in any field
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales / business development
Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, particularly in franchise management and strategic partnerships are a greatest advantage
Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company’s target.
Strong business network and connections in Singapore.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.
