Key Responsibilities:
For Customer Service Officer-
Oversee and lead a small team in managing daily operations, making final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction. Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities. Additionally, assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards with the airlines and airport authorities.
For Customer Service Agent-
Checking in passengers.
Acting as a service ambassador to assist and guide passengers in using the Self Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops.
Performing gate handling duties, including communication with airline crews and coordination of departure activities with various departments.
Guiding and escorting transit passengers between the arrival gate and the Transfer Holding Area.
Assisting passengers who require special assistance.
Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Salary
Basic salary from S$2,000+ (CSA) / $2,500+ (CSO)
+ Monthly Allowances (up to S$500)
+ Joining Bonus S$5,000
+ Annual AWS (1 month)
+ Performance Bonus (up to 3 months)
Requirement-
Open to Locals only
Must possess minimally Diploma (only for CSO)
Open to candidates with no experience (paid training provided)
Must be independent at times
Must be able to commit to rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
Usually 8-12 hours per shift
