1. Cooked Chilled Freeze: Mon-Sat
8hrs rotating shift between 12pm-10pm
Responsibility:
Batching/mixing raw ingredient
Steaming,cooking,packaging
Food preparation
Portioning of food
2. Sauce & Paste: Mon-Fri
9.5 hrs rotating shift between 7am-7.30pm
Responsibility:
Processing of raw material
Cooking of product
Lifting of heavy materials
Setting up packing machine and assist in packing
Proper maintenance of equipment and machines
Assist in month end stock take
Assist in packing of delivery stock
3. Bakery: 5-day week
9.5hrs rotating: start between 6am-12pm
Responsibility:
Responsible for the daily production of bread,cakes, puffs, pizza,muffins
Prepare dough for production
Cook fillings and prepare ganache
