This role is responsible for providing engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and repair works, upon request or whenever necessary.



About the Role:

Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad-hoc repair / replacement works for M&E services.
Preparation of material for carrying out of maintenance regime.
Assist in checks on new installations for proper installation pertaining to insulation work, piping gradient and accessibility.
Safety Inspection of equipment to ensure they are in working order.
Servicing and maintaining of ACMV System including chilled water system, DX system, VRV system and mechanical ventilation system.
Carry out regular preventive and corrective maintenance works as per schedule.
Attend to customer complaints and resolve or contain the issue.
Submit and compile service reports after completion of maintenance works.
Inspection and taking readings of meters.
Stock taking for inventory
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required



Requirements

NITEC/HIGHER NITEC/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering/ Facility Management
1 to 3 years of experience in building/ facilities servicing and maintenance
