Key Responsibilities

1. Videography & Photography

  • Plan, shoot, and edit property showcase videos/photos, corporate events, and branding & promotional content.

  • Handle all videography/photography-related equipment, including cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lighting, and audio recording tools, to produce high-quality content.

  • Possess a valid drone operator's license is a plus, enabling aerial videography to capture stunning perspectives of properties.

2. Post-Production

  • Edit raw footage/images into polished, high-quality videos/photos with professional transitions, color grading, and sound design.

  • Create short-form content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

3. Content Optimization

  • Stay updated on video marketing trends and implement innovative techniques to enhance video performance.

  • Ensure all videos are optimized for SEO and social media algorithms.

  • Manage the uploading and organization of video content on the YouTube channel.

4. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.

  • Ensure properties are in the best possible condition or readily staged for filming/photo-taking.

5. Equipment Management

  • Maintain video equipment to ensure its optimal performance and recommend new tools or software to improve production quality.

Requirements

  1. Creative, with a strong understanding and application of lighting, composition, and audio recording techniques.

  2. High proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.

  3. Expertise in motion graphics, animation (e.g., After Effects), 3D camera work, and software platforms (e.g., Matterport).

  4. Experience in drone videography and familiarity with CAA/CAAS regulations.

  5. Ability to plan and execute video shoots and manage post-production independently.

  6. Flexibility to handle multiple projects and adapt to last-minute changes in schedules or client requirements.

  7. Excellent people skills, responsibility, openness to new challenges, a positive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

  8. Physically fit to manage onsite videography/ photography tasks, including carrying and setting up equipment at various locations.

  9. A portfolio showcasing experience in real estate or luxury brands is a strong advantage.
