We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. This role is ideal for a strong hunter with proven experience managing a sales team, handling large-scale tenders, and working with major multinational corporation (MNC) accounts. You will be responsible for setting and executing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with key clients to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on high-value prospects and markets.
Work closely with executive leadership to set ambitious but achievable sales targets.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide coaching and professional development to enhance team skills in sales strategies, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Tender Management:
Oversee the preparation and submission of competitive tenders, ensuring compliance with all client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that address client needs and align with company strengths.
Drive the tender process end-to-end, from identification to closing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Key Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with large MNC accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Develop account plans to maximize value and grow revenue with key accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Gather and analyze data on market dynamics, client needs, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally with a focus on MNC accounts and high-value client engagement.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and develop a sales team.
Strong hunter mentality with a track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Hands-on experience in tender preparation, submission, and management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans effectively.
