  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency, supply security, cost, and overall efficiency.

  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand effectively.

  • Coordinate with production and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure the stock level.

  • Coordinate the shipping documents and oversee the shipping process, coordinating with logistics partners to guarantee efficient and timely deliveries.

  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and manage customs documentation.

  • Involved in procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing raw materials, engineering, and consumables.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.

  • Prepare monthly Purchasing report vs Inventory report and costing for China Products both for local /overseas.

  • Manage China Hub operation in term of warehouse management/product planning and logistics/shipment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in purchasing, inventory control and shipping.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.

  • Proven experience to work with China supplier is a bonus.

  • Possess a good working attitude, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Flexible and adaptive to working environment/ task assigned.

  • Familiarity with customs regulations and shipping documentation requirements.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in MS Office
