Location: Remote (Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam)
Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift)
What You’ll Do:
• Real-Time Language Interpretation• :
• Provide accurate and professional interpretation between Mandarin and English during phone or video calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Handle conversations across various industries, such as healthcare, banking, and government services.
• Industry-Specific Support• :
• Adapt your interpretation to suit different professional contexts, maintaining clarity and confidentiality in every interaction.
• Task Management• :
• Efficiently log and document call details, ensuring accurate records for future reference.
• Prioritize and manage your time to handle multiple interactions effectively.
• Flexible Adaptability• :
• Respond to a diverse range of situations and needs, from routine inquiries to complex problem-solving conversations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluency in • Mandarin and English• (Cantonese is a bonus!).
• Residing in Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, or Vietnam.
• No prior experience? No problem – we provide training!
