(Individuals/Firms who do not meet the above criteria may still qualify as an Associate Advisory Member if they possess extensive relevant skills and experience.)

About the Role:

As an Advisory Member, you will play a key role in shaping the investment strategy of Painite Associates. This is a volunteer remote position that requires just a few hours of your time each month, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while expanding your investment network in emerging and developing markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and connect with potential investors and fundraising partners interested in high-growth opportunities in emerging and developing markets.

• Provide strategic advice on fundraising efforts for SMEs and start-ups across key industries like technology, renewable energy, healthcare, and more.

• Leverage your network to attract venture capital, private equity, and impact investors to support growing businesses in emerging and developing economies.

• Offer insights on investment trends and opportunities in emerging and developing markets.

• Collaborate with the Painite Associates team to develop investment proposals and pitch decks for prospective investors.

• Help shape the fundraising strategy and guide companies on securing sustainable capital.

Ideal Candidate:

• A seasoned international investor or expert with a proven track record in emerging and developing markets.

• Strong experience in venture capital, private equity, impact investing, or fundraising.

• Extensive network of investors or funding partners eager to explore opportunities in emerging and developing markets.

• Strategic thinker with a passion for supporting businesses in developing and high-growth regions.

• Ability to commit a few hours per month.
