Job Descriptions:
• Optimize product listings to drive sales and improve visibility on platforms like Shopee, Shopify and Lazada.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROI) and run promotions to boost sales and visibility.
• Assist in pricing strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Track campaign performance and ROI, making adjustments to improve conversion rates and sales.
• Manage and constantly improve on the development and implementation of all e-commerce sites managed by the Company, including own e-commerce, marketplaces and 3rd-party retailer sites.
• Responsible for the maintenance and submission of product and promotion listings in Online Website platform
• Handle customers’ communications via phone, email, social media and other means
• Handle customer enquires, feedback and returns, and perform service recoveries.
• Check and tally the physical stock to ensure stock inventory accuracy, address any shortages or discrepancies
• Handle goods returns and stock adjustments. Perform annual stock take and regular stock counts
Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years of proven experience in related field
• Prior experience in ecommerce or digital marketing strategist is a plus
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, and SEO/SEM tools.
• Proficient in Woocommerce, Shopify, Wordpress
