Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Platform Management:


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee).


• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory to optimize sales performance.

2. Sales Strategy Execution:


• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and meet revenue targets.


• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

3. Digital Marketing Collaboration:


• Work with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and SEO strategies.


• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

4. Customer Experience:


• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across all platforms.


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:


• Track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare detailed reports.


• Use analytics tools to identify patterns and make data-driven decisions.

6. Partnerships and Promotions:


• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to execute promotions and exclusive offers.


• Manage affiliate marketing programs and other third-party collaborations.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience in e-commerce sales or a similar role.


• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).


• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.


• Familiarity with payment gateways, logistics, and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
