The Sales manager / Business developement will play a vital role in driving the language centre’s success by meeting sales goals, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a positive team environment. You will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality service delivery that aligns with our centre’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve Sales Goals: Lead your team to reach the centre's sales targets through effective planning, motivation, and strategic goal-setting.
• Ensure Service Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure all procedures align with existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update them as required.
• Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring they receive high-quality service.
• Maintain Operational Efficiency: Manage the centre’s resources, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment that meets safety protocols and regulations.
• Lead and Develop the Team: Cultivate a supportive, motivated work environment, providing coaching and guidance to team members. Conduct performance evaluations, offer feedback, and recognize achievements to build a cohesive and productive team.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the education / enrichment industry, with management experience preferred.
• Skills: Proven skills in sales, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team toward achieving shared goals.
• Passion for Education: Committed to delivering high-quality educational services and supporting the growth of both the centre and its team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday

• B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adult Language Education: 1 year (Preferred)
