Job Description:
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of sales reports for Daily/weekly/monthly meetings
• Calculation of BA commission, incentive, petty cash and management of BA leaves
• Lead, discipline, motivate and develop/train a competent team of beauty advisors
• Effective communication channel between Beauty Advisors and the management
• Drive creativity, understanding the commercial aspects of the business, and generating innovative ideas to steer the stores’ customer service standards, sales, and net profit to exceed targets
• Breakdown and monitoring of daily, monthly & annual sales target by Boutiques
• Planning of BA roster by counter and allocation of manpower
• Review of counter and warehouse inventory level to maintain healthy turnover of stocks, weekly analysis and allocation of stocks to counters
• Work closely with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of stocks and GWP
• Be on ground during events, workshops and atrium show to set-up and prepare as well as to motivate and drive sales with frontline staff
• Regular visits to counters to ensure smooth operations and all guidelines are adhered
• Set-up of new boutiques inclusive of arrangement of logistics (POS/printers, etc)
Ensure accurate sales entry in POS system as well as submission to Finance Team
• Ensure marketing and visual merchandising assets are well executed and understood by BA
• Share ideas and contribute to trade activities and provide feedback on marketing activities
• Monitoring and compiling of competitor’s movement (new products, events, animations), and prepare competitor report
CRM Strategy and Planning
• Assist & develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with the business’s goals.
• Work with Sales & Marketing to design campaigns that enhance customer engagement, recruitment and retention.
• Assist & develop loyalty programs, rewards, and retention strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
• Use insights to inform business decisions and improve customer experience.
Flexibility of tasks:
• Required to take on additional tasks to the ones mentioned above if this is required to fulfil the role.
Job Requirement:
• Requires tertiary education, preferably with experience in the beauty industry.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, CRM, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with excellent communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
