  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hour: 9am - 6.30pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Scope:

Preparation of legal documents and filling of documents for conveyancing cases. Working closely with the team in ensuring smooth completion of transactions.

Liaising with Agents, Brokers, clients, banks and related parties for further verification and clarification.
Administrative support in requesting and retrieving of necessary documents.
Setting up of appointment for client to sign legal documents with the Solicitor as well as monitoring deadlines.
Preparing the bank letters to notify the bank and serve notices to complete the legal process.

Requirements:

Meticulous, well-organised and good time management
Fluent in English
Able to work both independently and as a team
Diploma graduated
