Job Summary:
UP to S$3,000
5 days’ work week (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Location: Bedok
Job Responsibilities:
Play an active role in delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and provide consistent quality customer service.
Liaise with customers on incoming queries, ensuring timely and effective execution of customer orders, handling stock allocation, processing of delivery orders and invoices.
Handle claims received from customer.
Handle office reception duties include attending to incomings calls and faxes.
Liaise with forwarders to arrange pickup, fumigation, perform bookings and advise shipment details to customers.
Prepare documentations relating to Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit shipments, etc.
Proper keep and filing of import / export documents.
Responsible for any other general admin duties.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement:
Prior experience in order/sales admin support
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to work independently and in team settings
MS Office proficient
