Assist in facilitating Community Care Apartment's flat selection for prospective residents
Facilitate information sharing of CCAs
Provide basic financial counselling to residents - sharing about payment options to ensure financial prudence
Facilitate signing of Basic Service Package agreement
Conduct simple surveys for data collection and resident profiling

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency
Positive working attitude
Warm, outspoken, comfortable engaging with seniors will be a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
