Salary:

$2580 - No experience

$2680 - With 2 years and above relevant experience

Working Days: 5 days across Monday - Sunday (unable to pick off days, based on roster)

Working Hours: 830am - 530pm or 1230pm - 930pm (unable to pick shift, based on roster)

Location: Clarke Quay (Main) / Novena

Contract Period: Till 30 August 2025 (Extendable for good performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to survey enquiries via inbound calls and emails

• Assist the respondents to complete the survey

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls

• Reach out to the respondents to assist them to complete the survey

• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system

• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline

• Provide status report to the supervisor
