  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description

Calling of policyholders on a daily basis to initiate recovery
Engage and communicate with our policyholders to gather information and assist them in claim submission to third party
Demonstrate and ensure standard operating procedures are met when handling outbound and inbound calls with policyholders and financial consultants
Ensuring proper tracking and documentation of call activities and outcomes


Job Requirement


Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, OR insurance qualifications or equivalent experience preferably 1 year of insurance claims recovery and/or claim operations experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in customer service will be an added advantage
Knowledge of life insurance policy coverage, statutes, regulations and subrogation processing is a plus
