To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen, according to the standards required by the restaurant.
Manage individual areas of responsibilities, mise en place, cook station etc.
Assist in for placing daily orders with suppliers and checking deliveries quality upon delivery, before & after cooking.
Exercise accurate and consistence cook practice and presentation.
Exercise optimal kitchen and store cleanliness, kitchen safety and food hygiene.
Control cost and minimize food wastages.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years western kitchen experience.
Flexible to menu, promotional and ad-hoc recipe changes.
Possess highest level of food and personal hygiene standards.
Positive personality and working attitude.
Able to follow instructions and company SOP.
