Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to wholesale inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with international corporate clients to provide competitive pricing solutions.

  • Manage daily sales processes, including order fulfillment, packing, shipping, inventory updates, and returns.

  • Prepare accurate shipment documentation for seamless export processes.

  • Ensure efficiency in transactions by managing shipping documents with precision.

  • Organize and support corporate overseas exhibitions, from preparation to post-event coordination.

  • Maintain accurate stock control, especially when preparing goods for exhibitions.

  • Monitor customer accounts to minimize outstanding credit and facilitate timely payments.

  • Participate in international trade fairs in locations like the USA, Middle East, and Switzerland.
