Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and teas.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers and fellow team members.
Assist with food preparation, such as preparing pastries or light bites, when required.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal specials, and coffee beans, and share your expertise with customers.
Adhere to health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
Requirements:
Previous barista experience is a must
A passion for coffee and a love for customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and early mornings.
A positive attitude and team player mentality.
