Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
To set up new machines or ITS contracts
To generate and send out contract renewal letters
To follow up and monitor customer’s reply for contract renewal
To renew service contract in system
To attend to customer’s request regarding transfer, termination, extension of contracts (FSA)
To generate monthly contract renewal report
To track contract renewal %
To compile reasons on why customers do not renew the contract
To generate EOL report and group by customer segmentation
To assist in customer loyalty/retention program
To perform updates on service contract in system
To perform other duties as requested by Management
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Level.
Preferably 1 year relevant working experience.
Must be proficient in office applications.
