  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (Office Hours)

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 / Month

Duties:

The Outbound Planner is primarily responsible for order fulfilment to End Customers
Management of order fulfilment and delivery with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
Daily Communication with End Customers, Sale Areas and Distribution Services
Execution of Customer orders and ensure its correctness and completeness
Monitoring of Order Fulfilment (Order To Delivery)
Ensuring right usage of Criticality code and mode of transportation
Expediting orders and seeking alternatives for parts with a long lead time
Preparing of Monthly Service Level Report
Communication with Global Pricing Team and Freight Team on the pricing and shipment arrival date
Run Aging report to ensure all the outstanding orders been scheduled and updated

Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics Management / Bachelor in Logistics
Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or in a customer service environment
Strong Customer service background
Strong Knowledge of Logistics Systems and Supply Chain understanding
Good Knowledge of ERP systems and business management tools (System 21/ Aurora / Maximo, etc.)
