Job Description:
• Demonstrate knowledge on menus and be able to make food recommendations and order-taking
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to maximise customer satisfaction
• Experience in public relations and be able to upsell liquor
• Handle table reservations for VIP private rooms and be able to drive repeat customer patronage
• Assists servers on the floor during busy hours
• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Dinner shift 5pm to 11pm (Mon to Thu) and 5pm to 1am (Fri to Sat)
