Chefs

We are seeking skilled and passionate Junior/ Senior Chefs with expertise in hotpot broth preparation and/or traditional zichar cooking to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, a deep understanding of Asian flavors and a strong ability to deliver authentic and flavorful dishes.

Key Responsibilities

Broth Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of hotpot broths, including signature flavors such as mala, pork bone and special house recipes. Ensure the consistency, quality, and taste of broths meet brand standards.
Zichar Cooking: Prepare a wide range of traditional zichar dishes, including stir-fries, claypot specialties and seasonal menu items.
Maintain the authenticity and flavor of classic dishes while exploring new culinary innovations.
Kitchen Operations: Food preparation, portioning and plating to ensure high-quality presentation. Monitor kitchen inventory, manage ingredient usage and minimize food waste.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen assistants, cooks, and service staff to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
