Key Responsibilities:
Forklift Operation:
o Safely operate forklifts.
o Load and unload containers according to specific order.
Safety Compliance:
o Conduct daily safety checks of forklifts and report maintenance needs.
o Adhere to company safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or
damage.
o Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with port staff, supervisors, and logistics teams.
Qualifications:
Experience:
o Proven experience as a forklift operator in a port, warehouse or industrial
setting.
Certifications:
o Valid forklift operator certification/license.
o Those without license are also welcome to apply!
Skills:
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o Good organizational and time-management skills.
o Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
