We are looking for a Despatch cum Driver to join our team.
As a Despatch cum Driver, we rely on you to:
To collect & dispatch all incoming & outgoing mail & documents in a timely and efficient manner. To maintain and upkeep the mailroom and franking machine.
To collect mail/documents from Post Officers, directors’ office, travel agents, customers, government offices, banks, lawyers, auditors, stock exchange of Singapore, and any places of collection, as required.
To sort and distribute all incoming mail collected from the Post Office
All documents collected by hand must be personally delivered to the addressee or department concerned and receipt acknowledged.
Requirements:
Class 2B and Class 3 / 3A License
