- Working days: Monday - Saturday (5.5 days/week)
- Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (weekdays), 8:00am - 12:00pm (Saturday)

Job Details:
Take charge of drivers and delivery assistants
To feedback on any safety violations or discipline by drivers to the Operation Manager
Plan, schedule, organize and assign jobs daily
Constant communications with drivers to ensure given jobs is completed
Liaise and co-ordinate with Customer on any problem pertaining to the job
To report any cargo damage and traffic accident to Operation Manager
Send all finding reports i.e. Incident Report / CAPA to Operation Manager / Senior Manager upon request
To take early initiative to ask customer for time extension for export collections
To effectively plan and use vehicle and equipment
To plan and schedule vehicle for servicing and inspection
Escalate and report any cargo discrepancy to immediate superior
Constant and close monitoring of all deliveries and collections
Others related to department’s import/export operations matters
To monitor the maintenance schedule of the department’s vehicles
