Your duties and responsibilities as Clubhouse Operations Warden are detailed below:

As the Clubhouse Operations Warden, you are to assist the Senior Clubhouse Operations Executive the following:

Security Matters

Monitor and ensure the functionability of CCTV. Viewing of the clips of the CCTV footage regularly.
Ensure that the Clubhouse’s premise is secure, the Clubhouse’s security systems are armed.

Duty

Conduct Safety Check and Round Check
Assist in set up of events.
Ensure Proper operations of the Clubhouse and Marina facilities, operating systems
and services.
Represent management in responding to situations and circumstances that would
normally require management attention.
Assist to do the shuttle service.
Submit a report on operational status of facilities and conduct of activities during hours of duty.
Assist in the coverage of Clubhouse Maintenance Officer’s duties during his absence.
This includes simple maintenance duties such as replacing of light bulbs to ensure
smooth operation of Clubhouse facility and to set up and operate the Clubhouse’s AV
systems.
Ensure the members and guests abide by the rules and regulations of the club
To handle ad hoc projects as directed by Senior Clubhouse Operations Executive
To assist in the planning, preparation, organisation and conduct of Club’s events, activities and functions.
You will also be expected to perform any other suitable duties commensurate with your qualifications, experience and/or appointment as may be decided by the General Manager.

Must have Singapore Security licence, able to work from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
