At The Gown Connoisseur, we are committed to your personal growth and career development. As a Gown Connoisseur, you’ll become an expert in all things gowns while playing a pivotal role in one of life’s most significant celebrations.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and memorable experiences
Recommend gowns that suits customer’s requirement and assist customer in trying of gowns
Conduct measurements taking and final fitting of gowns
Build strong customer relationships through excellent support and follow-ups
Handle customer requests, enquiries and follow-ups
Perform quality control checks, including minor gown touch-ups (sewing beads, laces, etc.).
Coordinate and assist in packing orders prior to delivery
Achieve sales target with active participation in contributing towards sales goals
Daily housekeeping duties
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and a passion for the wedding industry.
Self-driven with excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented with basic sewing abilities.
Entry-level candidates eager to grow in the industry are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule:
Work Days: Wednesday to Sunday, including public holidays.
Work hours: Wednesday to Friday (1 PM – 10 PM) and weekends (10 AM – 9 PM).
What We Offer:
Basic $2100 (Up to $3200 with Overtime & Commission)
